If you’re raising rabbits for meat, you can never have enough rabbit recipes! And one that I came across last week sounded (and looked) pretty divine. I have to admit that I’m not usually much of a fan of recipes that have mustard in them, I think all the other ingredients in this Rabbit with Mustard Sauce with Bacon sound delicious!! Pair it up with green beans from your garden in a few months, or some roasted potatoes.
Ok enough. Just go check out the recipe. My mouth is watering too much while I write this. Be sure to check out the wine suggestion too!
Perhaps if you’re looking for something special to serve around Easter, this would be a tasty dish to whip up. So glad that this catering business site shared it.
Now if you just read that delicious-looking recipe and wondered what in the world a “rasher” is — it’s actually just a thin slice of bacon or ham. Yep, I had to google that one. So not only did you get a yummy new rabbit recipe to try out, but you also learned a new word.
great site for learning about meat rabbits:)
Thanks! So glad you’re enjoying all the posts
